The front desk person was rude when I told her we met out out of pocket maximum. She said we still need to pay and that they wouldn’t refund me as it goes to Blue Shield. She offered to reschedule to when her supervisor was there on Monday. I couldn’t do that with my daughter being sick. I told her last time I paid Med 7 a copay they never reimbursed me. She said they’re a different company now. It was very frustrating and should have been verified with insurance prior to my arrival since I had an appointment. The PA was great.

The appointment was for my mom. The entire team was helpful, but Dr Madison was impressive: she listened to what I said, was kind, explained in details, was not in rush, prescribed medicins, even helped my mom to dressed back up. Thanks

Took many hours after my appointment for the front desk to send my prescription to Walgreens.  Walgreens almost closed and almost would not put my prescription through which would have delayed my infection and pain from healing an extra day.  It is unacceptable to delay sending the prescriptions in immediately.  This was the front desk at Carbon on Manzanita in Carmichael.  Someone needs to make the front desk aware of their lack of care.

Had pain in my left eye. Scheduled appointment within an hour that I decided to go. Friendly staff. Was seen 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Having difficulties getting my prescription filled though. After 24 hours still not filled due to out of stock. Using eye wash to soothe the discomfort until CVS can fill the antibiotics.

Was bit by a squirrel I was trying to help after my dog chased and knocked him out. Was able to book appt same day. Beautiful facility. No wait. Great care. Staff was caring, compassionate and professional. I highly recommend this place! Thank you for your service.
