I woke up this morning not being able to breathe through my nose with ease. I made my appointment at the local carbon health which was easy. I was attended by great staff initially, but the PA I was attended by was not friendly and short in responses. As I was attempting to explain my symptoms, she cut me off. She questioned me more than once to see if I had been using nasal spray at home, which I said no 3x. I felt almost rushed to explain how I was feeling and invalidated with her treatment towards me. I came to this establishment to feel better but left feeling that I was making up my symptoms and felt that it was a waste of my time and money. I believe the PA who assisted me was named Kim. Overall, I give my experience a 3 out of 5. If I were to return I would hope to be attended by someone else.
