Have had a really bad sore throat for a couple of days and decided this morning to try to finally get checked for strep throat. Was able to get an appointment almost immediate. Was seen quickly and tested. No strep or Covid but was advised other viruses are going around. Was able to get a prescription called in. Very happy with the PA and the treatment I received.Highly recommend.

easy to make appointment..check- in a breeze as a previous patient...staff excellent...doctor friendly explained the condition i had....ordered meds which i picked up at the pharmacy down the street......already feeling better....yes i would recommend this provider...

Check-in was easy and painless. The staff was friendly and the wait time to see a doctor was reasonable, not a long wait at all. The care given was excellent as the doc explained everything clearly to me. Overall a good experience and I feel better.

I was experiencing a painful and swollen jaw and unable to schedule an appointment with my regular physician.  I knew about Carbon Health Care from a year ago when I took my husband there.  We were extremely happy with our experience at that time, so I didn’t hesitate to go again.  Scheduling was a breeze…I was able to make an appointment easily via Solv health online. The gentleman at the front desk was polite, courteous and welcoming.  Back office help was friendly, caring and professional.  The entire place is clean as a whistle.  I cannot say enough about my experience and feel especially fortunate that we have them as a resource in our community.  Highly recommend!

Had very little time due to my work schedule! Made an appointment for 5:45 pm was in and out In 15 minutes , great nurse, great doctor, got what I needed for my issue. Thank you guys , I already feel better this morning 😊

Everything from the easy scheduling online(with a same afternoon appointment), to the courteous reception, timely check in on reason for the appointment to a thorough examination by Vanessa were all exceptional. Many service providers could learn about outstanding and timely customer relationship by incorporating these best practices. Top not h. Will not go anywhere else when down in the desert.  Thank you
