Had a great visit when I went in for sinus symptoms was feeling awful the doctor had great bedside manner spoke clearly and directly the medical staff was professional kind and helpful my prescriptions were sent promptly I already feel so much better thank you all.

Everything went very well the staff was polite and the doctor was a professional she diagnosed me filled to prescriptions and sent me on my way she was excellent.

Easily made a quick appointment on our way over to Carbon Health. Wait time was not bad at all. Staff was very friendly! Would definitely recommend to anyone. I will not hesitate to use this location if needed.

Provider was amazing. I’m pretty sure he is the gentleman I saw the last time I came in as well. He is always very kind and explains everything very well!! When I saw him come in I immediately felt at ease knowing I wasn’t going to be belittled for my symptoms. He listens and cares for his patients.  This comes from the point of view of a patient care advocate who works with insurance all day everyday. The front desk/MA was very kind, but I there there may be some confusion on her end on how billing works. I let her know, and showed proof, that my deductible and out of pocket had already been met. She told me Carbon would collect $50 regardless saying that we have to pay at the time of service. I once again kindly explained everything has been met and I will not be paying day of and she took a picture of my phone showing so. She said she’ll bill it but Carbon will still call and send a statement to have me pay the $50. I asked her if they bill through insurance first before sending me a statement and she said no. I informed her that was considered fraud and that the company could get in a lot of trouble for this if it is true. She didn’t seem to understand what I was saying so I rephrased my question several times and she finally said “yes we will bill insurance first but you still pay the $50 regardless” I asked her to notate my account and to have everything sent to my insurance before the billing department sends me a false statement. Other than the check in, she was great! Wonderful bedside manner. Kind and quick. She just has a little room for improvement on company policy regarding billing to better assist patients with accurate information.
