Was an even worse experience than the first time we went there. But easy to solve will never return.

I had a flu, medication prescribed was what helped me, Heather Palmer and both of her MA’s is what makes this office amazing! Please, everyone in the staff needs a raise! The moment we lose any of them will be a moment I’m concerned about the quality of care going down! It’s herd to replace quality workers

My mom woke up and couldn't breathe due to extreme congestion.  I quickly made an appointment with Carbon Health, which was the only Urgent Care that was open on a Sunday. The doctor (a woman) was very friendly, helpful, and professional. She assessed my mom and decided that a steroid injection was necessary.  She also prescribed an antibiotic and cough suppressant. She treated my mom as if she were her own mom. Before we left, she had us set up a follow-up appointment. If this weren't an urgent care, we would love to have her as our primary care physician!!

I found the staff to be unfriendly. Asked for a receipt and she never sent it to me.

Check in was fine. Appointment was for 830. Finally saw the PA at 930. Explanation was  others needed to be seen sooner even though they were either unscheduled or behind me. But the PA who saw me was  outstanding. Very thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable. She was impressive!

First time visiting, it was great staff was very friendly and the Care I received was very good.

I had a cold? for 7 days, miserable. Quick appointment, prompt care. Received excellent diagnosis of my issue, options for treatment, and hope the I will get better! Just what I hoped for after 7 days of trying to  go it alone.

I made an appt for 8:45 am. They asked me to get there 15 min early, which I did. I didn’t get called til 10:20. I was told they were short staffed but…..

Easy to schedule quick appointment.. clean office.. excellent Doctor and Nurse.. would recommend strongly..

Very easy to schedule an appointment online and then friendliness of staff when we checked in. We were so impressed with the care we received from the doctor who was thorough in her assessment and understanding of the issue.  She answered all our questions and her explanation of the  root cause and a plan going forward was a breath of fresh air.  Kind and caring care office. Definitely would recommend this provider.
