Scheduling was simple, office on Van Nuys south of the 101 was empty. Everyone was pleasant, accomodating as I needed a Montaux TB skin test with LAUSD forms filled out to continue substituting. District didn't even give me warning, found out by accident! Oh, my!

I fell 2 days ago and landed on my right side. I nursed myself for a couple days and then decided I probably needed x-rays. I went to the Carbon Health on VanNuys Blvd in Sherman Oaks, CA. I have been there before and it was and is SO easy! I made a same day appointment online and got right in. The staff was wonderful: attentive, knowledgeable, upbeat, and professional. That particular sight doesn’t have x-ray machines so they referred me to their location in North Hollywood. Same situation! The office is clean and the staff is great! I would recommend the Sherman Oaks or Noho Valley offices to anyone who needs medical care, whether immediate or just needing an exam for something minor like a head cold. They’re quick, clean, knowledgeable, professional, and easily accessible.

So glad to have your facility nearby. I like everything about it.

This was my second visit and both times I received excellent care. Easy to schedule, evaluation was thorough. It is easier access than trying to get into my primary care doctor’s office. I highly recommend them.

I would like to request a refund for my deductible.  This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with Carbon Health.  I scheduled an appointment at the North Hollywood location for 9AM, I arrived early in case I could be seen earlier.  The staff started gathering in front of the office before 9AM and when it was time to open no one had keys, they had no idea as when the keys would arrive and one of the staff suggested I go to the Sherman Oaks office so I made another appointment there and when I showed up I was the only person in the lobby but still had to wait 15 minutes.  I was in severe abdominal pain and could not sit down comfortably in the lobby because all of the seats were soiled with disgusting stains, not what one would expect from a medical facility.  The person who took me in asked me questions and when the physician came in she asked me the exact same questions!  She quickly said I needed to go to the ER. I think I could have been told that when I signed up for the appointment instead of wasting my time waiting for an office that would not open and then wasting more time in a lobby filled with filthy furniture.  So disappointing and different from what I have experienced at Carbon in the past.  Please refund my money.   Thank you.

Got in 10 minutes after making the appointment. The place has such a calm ambiance. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The physician took a lot of time to listen and was so caring. Loved everything about it!
