I went to another urgent care clinic couple days ago and they couldn’t tell me what it is. I’m so glad Michael Sage gave me some answers.  Super nice, friendly and quick!

I have been to a different Carbon Health that refilled my prescriptions twice with 1 month refills. The doctor at that Carbon Health was lovely and kind but did not tell me that I wasn't allowed to get prescription refills at Carbon Health and he gave me 1 month prescriptions. The doctor at the Lynnwood location told me that Carbon Health won't usually do prescription refills and they wouldn't do it for me this time. I told him that I had not been told that for my last 2 months of refills from the other Carbon Health. This doctor said multiple times that I was lying. I was not lying and I told him that's a scary situation for me because I needed my anti-depressants refilled and the withdrawal off anti-depressants often mean suicidal thoughts. The doctor told me multiple times with a smile that it's too bad because I wasn't responsible enough to get a primary care doctor. I had already told him multiple times that I was just between primary care doctors and hadn't been told that I couldn't get refills at Carbon Health. He eventually said begrudgingly that he could get me a 2 week refill and I said thank you and again said nobody told me that I couldn't get refills at Carbon Health and he said again that I was lying and I said that he was being rude to me and he argued and said that now he doesn't feel like giving me the 2 week refill. Then I pleaded to him to give it to me and he said "fine". I am still waiting for confirmation from my pharmacy that he put in the refill but I very strongly feel that this doctor won't fill it out of spite. I do not trust him and feel awful and I left in tears.

My visit was due to the Solv app for a PRC test. I didn’t anticipate a full clinic check-in: weight, height, blood pressure and oxygen check, and medicine history before the nose swab. After the quick test, a doctor came in who checked lungs and mouth/throat. Then I was encouraged to return if things didn’t get better…I said would go to my VM doctor. I left sensing some frustration towards me for saying I already had a doctor. It seemed this clinic was seeking to expand their business. Otherwise the visit was fine.
