First time going to this location of Carbon Health and it was not a positive experience. I schedule myself online thinking that was giving me an appointment time but really once I got there it's just having your name in and you still have to wait like a typical urgent care. How do I known this? I would not have gone in at all based on how I was feeling. The only reason I went to this urgent care versus another was because it said I could schedule a time. Ultimately, I waited for an hour and 45 minutes. I also felt the bedside manner and overall attitude of the provider on call was not great and not a positive experience. This is definitely not an urgent care I would attend again. The area is frustrating and because the weight was so long, I had to move my carmore than once. The woman at the front desk I'm sure it's overwhelmed with how busy it is but was not friendly whatsoever and not communicative.

I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and maybe they have had a bad day. Sometimes the attitude is not necessary especially if you are the main one dealing with people. The wait time was ridiculous over an hour wait even though I had an appointment. Would I go back? Maybe if the wait time gets fixed. Overall the place is clean and when you get upstairs it’s fast

Was easy to book online and no wait but unfortunately was a complete waste of time and we did not receive good care. Provider looked in my son’s ears and said they looked good/no infection. 3 hours later he was inconsolable and we had to go to a different doctor and wait 4 hours to find out had a double ear infection.

Easy to schedule, very little wait time, and great quality of care.

I’ve been sick all week with cough  my daughter said I should come . So my grandson took me. It was fast and great going there there took care of my health quick got the shot I needed .. I feel a lot better now.. I will go there again and suggest it to family and friends. Thank you doctor and staff

I had a lot of trouble getting the PA to follow up and send the scrips i needed. I waited hours and hours after being promised they were sent. It should not be that hard!

Professional. Easy. In and out. Will refer to friends

Truly had the easiest, most ideal doctors visit I had. Super easy scheduling and zero wait when I arrived.  My nurse was super kind and helpful. My doctor was a great listener, super insightful, and helped with exactly what I needed.  I couldn’t recommend more! Great experience!

So glad I made an appointment. Everything went great.
