Everything went well except a medication was prescribed that our insurance doesn’t cover, which is ok but there is absolutely no way to reach this clinic by phone, they never answered the phone after 57 calls … this is extremely frustrating especially because this has happened 2 times now on different occasions for each of my children. They do a great job but 0 out of 10 on customer service or follow up.

Friendly staff good experience. Nurse took my vitals, and barely had to wait to see the doctor. Nice place

Woke up with swollen legs. Took awhile but I found bug bites. Found a few more strange bites. Very strange. Scheduled an appointment with Carbon specifically because of the dermatology aspect mentioned online. Showed up for my 3:45 time slot and was in my car by 3:49. Front desk woman super friendly. Clean office. Scheduling was easy. Provider that came in and wanted to prescribe me topical cream for the itching(?) was a joke. Not only did I never mention anything itched, but he never even looked at the bites. Don’t think he came within 5 feet of me. This office as a medical facility is a joke. Zero help, zero care, zero empathy. I will never return to this or any other carbon location. Yelp and google will be getting same review as this. I would NOT recommend.

Very easy to make an appointment, quick check in, the staff (Doctors, Med assistant) are friendly and very focus on my issue.  They provide a fast resolution and care plan right away.  100% recommeded!!!

My son needed an in person appointment, due to redness in throat and being that it's been more than 2 weeks that he has been sick. Carbon was the only place available for in person, booked appointment, arrived early for check in. The place was clean and staff is friendly. Nurse was understanding of my sons apprehension to a strep throat culture and he did well. Easy and convenient to get to.

Everything was great. However still didn't get seen until almost an hour later even though I made an appt

I had previously scheduled an appointment and waited 55 minutes before being seen. I had test results come back the next day, indicating I needed a different antibiotic than I was originally prescribed; no one reviewed my test results and I had to call the clinic 5 times throughout the day. After leaving a voicemail, being asked to call back later because they were busy, and then waiting on hold for 25 minutes before they closed, I was finally able to ask someone to look at my results to get the correct antibiotic. While the staff were great and very professional, I had to advocate way too hard for a simple fix to get what I needed. I won’t be using Carbon Health in the future.

I have never waited 1 and a half hours to get in a room with a scheduled appointment. I love the convenience of scheduling and always have a great provider. I hope this was just a busy day and next time will be better?

Scheduling was very easy and I was able to get an appointment early.  I was greeted with a very nice staff as you enter who was very quick and efficient Check-in. I felt that all the staff was very friendly and helpful with my medical needs.
