Provider was very friendly and helpful will come back for sure

My son had been having high fevers all week. It’s normal for him to have constant high fevers 3-5 days yearly, but he started having multiple symptoms with the high fevers which is abnormal. I was able to schedule an appointment the following morning with ease at 9am. I wasn’t seen until 9:30am, and I already knew I’d be late for work. The front desk receptionist was very nice and checked to see how long I’d have to wait a few times. Once we finally were seen the CNA/LPN/MA was very nice as well and quick with her job. The room walls and sink area was alittle dirty but it’s not really the medical staffs duty. The physician came in and I could tell right away she was very concerned for my child. She gave me her recommendation not only as a doctor but as a mom (which I love!) and I went for it getting a rapid Covid test, chest xray and more tests that needed to go out to the lab. Right away we found out my son had pneumonia and we were able to get the prescription he needed at our pharmacy same day no problem.   Overall, the staff were respectful and professional, the only thing I didn’t care for was the slightly dirty room and the long wait time with an appointment.

We use this urgent care often and have never had a negative experience! The last time I had made an appointment and had to wait 20 minutes which was the longest I have waited so far. Not terrible even with an appointment! Staff has always been prompt and friendly. We will be returning if anything comes up!

I have used Carbon when my health issue seemed urgent over the past few years, and I couldn’t get a same-day appointment with my doctor. I have. always gotten skilled and friendly treatment there.  I whole-heartedly recommend them!

I came to clinic with pain in my lower back. Staff greeted me and was pleasant. It took about 7 minutes before I got checked in since someone was waiting before me. 12 minutes before I saw doctor. Both acceptable times. I was referred to a specialist. And prescribed meds. Doing better now. I recommend.

Missed the severe tooth infection my daughter had that landed her in the ER the next morning with a swollen face and unable to open her mouth. I mentioned several times at the appt that she was having severe gum pain in one particular spot along with throat pain due to a swollen tonsil on the opposite side. They focused on the tonsil only for bacterial and viral infections and disregarded the gum/tooth and didnt even look at the area. The doctor refused to give antibiotics for a possible tooth infection despite how many times i said i thought she might need some for it. They insisted in testing her for strep and mono which they had to poke her fingers 3 times to complete, likely due to operator error. Otherwise, staff was friendly, and appt was smooth and fairly quick, however, now we started antibiotics (that we shoulda started sooner) and we are currently heading to an emergency dental appt to look at the infected tooth/teeth which has turned out to be the cause of all her symptoms.

Simple to schedule at 5 am. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My daughter has strep they got her in the quickest we’ve ever seen and helped quickly and sent us off to get better will be back again I’m sure
