I woke up with a swollen lymph node on the side of my neck. I was able to get an appointment right away. The service was outstanding. The nurse practitioner, Lisa, was patient and caring and informative. The person who checked me in was very nice. I recommend this urgent care without hesitation. Thank you!!!

I was having some real pain in my lower right pelvic area for 2 days.  A pain I did not recognize.  I immediately made an appointment at Carbon Health Urgent Care in Redondo Beach and within 1/2 hr I got an appointment time.  I saw Lisa the FNP and she suspected that it was my appendix and immediately sent me off to the ER with a note.  I had a CT scan done and appendicitis was ruled out.  I was scheduled for surgery that same day at 10:30 pm.  My appendix was considered large by the surgeon and close to rupturing.  My experience could’ve been fatal but I acted fast enough with the help of Lisa. I am so grateful and thankful for Lisa’s diagnosis.  She and her team are friendly, welcoming, professional and dedicated.  I recommend seeing this provider!  Thank you again!

Got an appt for next day, was seen right as scheduled and had rapid test results as well as a more extensive lab sent offsite, this gave me peace of mind that we would get the correct diagnosis.  Staff was friendly.

Highly recommend Carbon Health.  The online appointment scheduling was convenient and simple.  The check in process was timely, efficient and helpful.  The staff were caring and attentive.  Diagnosis was made and prescriptions were ordered on line to pharmacy for pick up 15 mins later.  Absolutely would recommend without hesitation.

The scheduling, check-in, staff are wonderful and the Doctor, who recognized me from previous visits for a completely different malady, was great, made a quick,  correct diagnosis and promptly sent the prescribed medication to my personal pharmacy.
