Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, I ran into an insurance issue. The front desk staff Jesus handled everything very professionally and assured me that I would be seen after obtaining the necessary referral. The assistant and Doctor were very thorough and everyone was pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend this urgent care location.

The assistant who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The PA, on the other hand, came off as condescending. She smiled and tried to “act” warm, but the way she spoke to me was like I was stupid.

Dr. Fang was great, I appreciated how thorough she was with checking my sons hand injury and making sure to get back to me in a timely manner with his X-ray results.

Woke up with pinkeye. Scheduled a same day appointment online. Staff was efficient and friendly. I was placed in a room within 10 minutes. I had to wait about 15 minutes but realize some patients can take longer than others. My problem was dealt with. There was a glitch in the prescription process but it was fixed by the next day   Staff stayed on top of it until resolved.

I was excited to be able to schedule the appointment same day. I was taken in on time. All staff was friendly. Nurse Practitioner took great care asking questions and sending me off with prescriptions and clear directions about follow up if necessary.

The staff at check in was very rude and in welcoming. She acted as if she didn’t like her job and we the patients were a nuisance to her. She was not at all friendly. The nurse practitioner on the other hand was very friendly. But I wanted to leave after the treatment at check in. I understand she was pregnant and maybe not feeling the best but first time being there and probably will not come back.

I work in a heath care setting and observed the politeness and caring  of people who worked there .  The cost is not bad comparing to other urgent care.

We would definitely book again. But my granddaughter that was seen yesterday. For strep throat, tonsillitis, and fever, ended up in the emergency room. URGENT CARE did everything correct but her case was more serious and she needed extra care that an urgent care center could not give.

Lack of information provided to clients. Didn’t know it would cost me $215 for a tb test. They had me pay $55 up front without telling me any other information about it. Thought it was only $55 for my tb test until I received an email from Carbon Health that I still owe them $160. Yesenia told me to come back in a few days without telling me specific time and date to come in for the reading result. Came in and they said it was too late for them to read. Wasted my time and money. I do not recommend.

Other than a 45 minute wait despite having an appointment it was good due to staff. There are. I chairs in waiting room that disabled people like me can use. They all swivel. I suggest you get a solid chair with arms to show you care about your patients. Very unsafe.
