Came to check a sore throat and easily scheduled an appointment the same day. There wasn’t a wait when I went on a Saturday and I was seen quickly. Check-in was smooth and staff was friendly.

Second times here for same disease but in different location. My ANP performed the same procedure and treatment in addition to other recommendations to help get rid of the source of what is causing my disease.

I went in after having suffered from what I believed to be a UTI for a week. I had suffered severe cramps the night before for two hours. I NP did a standard dip test and informed me I did not have a UTI. I have had UTI's in the past and told her it felt exactly like it has the past times. I asked if there was any way to double check the test results but she was confident in her assessment. She told me they would run additional tests and circle back with me. Over the next four days I got much sicker - sever cramps, nausea, fever, chills, sweats to the point that I decided to see a different doctor. That doctor also performed a dip test and promptly confirmed that I had a UTI and I was able to start antibiotics. A week after I came to Carbon Health, I am FINALLY feeling better, no thanks to Carbon. The other tests that they promised to run still haven't come back. I will never go back to Carbon. I unnecessarily became much sicker than I needed to me. If you are a woman with a UTI do not go to Carbon Health.

The Doctor on duty was really good and friendly.  I was surprised that the facility didn’t Ultra Sound set up. May be it’s because of cost effectiveness.

Dr Fitzpatrick was thoughtful and attentive and did what tests she could. Her diagnosis of pneumonia was not confirmed by the staff at CPMC, however. It seems I have some sort of infection, maybe more than one—perhaps bronchitis for one. The high pulse rate was due to dehydration. BTW the X-ray copy I took to the hospital was incompatible with its system. Nonetheless I appreciate the care I was given at Carbon.

My experience was positive. Dr was attentive and listened to my aches and pain. Unfortunately she stated I should have a CT scan. The facility did not have a scan machine. I booked online.

The customer service rep informed me that the care I'd booked was not available at the location I'd booked, even though that location's website listed the service as one provided there (Castro, SF, CA with annual physical / pap smear). Then when I had follow-up questions, the rep totally ghosted. Horrible experience.

I woke up with my ears clogged and knew I needed help immediately and this place had same day available appointments which was great because I knew if I wasn’t going to get what I need it done I wasn’t gonna be able to go to work the next day. I looked online check out their prices called to make sure that they were accurate and they pretty much were. The lady was nice on the phone.. I went in and everyone and there was friendly.
