Only urgent care with available appointments on a Sunday morning in my area. Reception desk had a quick check in process and we didn’t have to wait long to see a doctor. Quick diagnosis and prescription sent right away. Great experience- I will recommend to everyone!

Without asking me they were changing my PCP and they said I can see GYN if I choose their PCP after 2 hours wait. Doctor was not professional she said she is PCP she will call her friend who GYN to find out what I can do for you . Waste of time worst place

My only issue with this visit was that I was unable to be seen at my original appointment time of 9:30am. When I arrived at the center 10 minutes prior to my appointment time (as had been requested) I was met with a line of people waiting outside the locked door. Several people tried to call the center’s number to inquire as to what was going on, but no one picked up. A short while after, an employee came out and explained that they were short staffed and could not honor the appointments until that changed. She did tell us she would give us a call once that issue had been resolved, but I will say I was a little frustrated because I really needed some medical care. Around a quarter to 2pm I received a call from this same woman who told me they would be able to schedule a new appointment for 3pm. I was very happy to have received that call because I was having difficulty scheduling a same day appointment at other urgent care facilities and I was anticipating another evening of dealing with my illness. When I got there everyone was lovely and the facility was clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend to others.

Nobody was there despite being able to book an appointment online. There were about 10 of us waiting outside for 30 minutes, which is not easy with 2 small kids.
