Very nice urgent care. They accepted my insurance for my daughter. Not too many people. The place looked super clean and staff was friendly. I didn't ask for any paperwork upon leaving nor did they tell me I had to create an account online. Once I figured that out and created the account I received all the information for our visit. The wait time was not too long. They told me 30 to 40 min even though I checked in online. I was seen within 30 min. When I went back with my daughter, the vitals were taken right away and she was seen within 10 min. I had a good experience and would recommend this place.

My son had neck pain was able to book appt on the spot , We walked in and 20 minutes later with meds and all. Would definitely recommend anyone in seek of medical care.

Was able to be seen same day and took less than 30 minutes from checking in, being seen and having my prescription sent. Great staff, clean location and attentiveness!

Made appointment at 430 for a 530 appointment was in and out by 6. Very thorough with exam.

Medical assistant felt rushed and not as friendly as others have been. The physician was great. Checking in was simple. Just a bit of a wait.

Assistance Manager not friendly at all . Very rude and not helpful at all .

Sitting in the waiting room and we heard the receptionist tell walk ins the wait would be about 2 hours, yet on line you could schedule an appointment within 10 minutes. I guess that is why it took us almost 2 hrs to from our appointment time. Fix your scheduling software.

As with every appointment they got me in and out with all my needs met and gave excellent care and service.

My first time experience with Carbon health was great. It was easy to scheduling an appointment online they sent cerebral remainders, which were very helpful everybody to seem to be on top of their game.  I would highly recommended place to Anyone who is looking for healthcare? I would highly recommend the provider he had a wonderful chair, side Manner

I love this place i used to go to Nextcare and would wait hours.  I will never go there again.  Carbon Health is so nice & clean & all of the staff are always so welcoming.  I have recommended Carbon Health several times to my family & friends.  Thank you so much.  😘
