Scheduling was easy however my appointment was for 9:15 and didn’t get into an exam room for 45 minutes but the nurse and PA were very professional. The PA was very thorough and explained the diagnosis and sent a prescription directly to Walgreens

It was very easy to book an appointment online. Check in was good. The intake person at reception was very helpful and courteous. Wait time was only about 10 minutes past my appointment time (Saturday morning). I was attended to by Vanessa who was thorough, informative and caring. They sent my prescription order right to the pharmacy of my choice which was ready when I got there. I would definitely come here again if I need a physician’s help.

Arrived in town Monday afternoon and was feeling off. Monday night I ran fever and had aches all night. Tuesday morning I made an appt for 9:30 am. I arrived 45 min early and was not seen for 2 1/2 hours.  I was told they triple booked and had one PA. When I did get seen I told her I was from out of state and we had an uptick in covid but she only tested for flu A and B. She said I had a sore throat, flu tests were neg and sent me on my way. I decided to stop at CVS and grab a covid test and sure enough it was positive. I repeated the test 24 hrs later and it’s definitely covid. Total misdiagnosis on something that would have been so simple. I had to seek medical help elsewhere.  No I would NOT recommend this place. Wasted my time, energy and money.

My 5 year son woke up with a 103 fever. Went to get tested for the flu. I could tell the nurse did not get a good sample from the nose. The test came back negative for the flu. The next day my son continued with an extreme fever. We ordered a home flu test. And he was positive for FLU A.  Knowing he was positive 24 hours earlier would have changed the entire medication and recovery plan.
