The wait was long because they were short staffed and I understood that. I completed the paperwork online before the appointment, which I liked. Everyone was apologetic about the initial wait but I understood because they were caring for a bunch of people. Everyone was great and friendly. The care was excellent. Problem solved. I would recommend this provider.

Woman at front desk was horrible, unfriendly, and asked invasive questions. Told me right off the bat that they don’t prescribe narcotics which almost made it seem like I should leave since I was just there for pain as sounded like a warning that they wouldn’t be able to help me before I even got past the lobby.  Check in girl in the exam room was the sweetest most peppy young person I’ve ever met.  Nurse was kind but ultimately did nothing for me except offer a NSAID shot which then she promptly refused to give me because she said I had taken ibuprofen too recently, and that I had to come back in several hours despite that interrupting my work schedule and not being feasible. Ultimately, I regret being seen at the urgent care. It was a pointless waste of my time, and I am still in pain.

The ease of scheduling an appointment and knowledge of the staff was wonderful and reassuring. Past history considered in the diagnosis and treatment. I’d recommend this provider

This office is in a nice, convenient location and the people who work there are amazing caregivers. However, the system’s scheduling practices (often cramming multiple into one time slot) and the short-staffing can mean you’re there for hours. Hire more people!!!

Wait time was good, got in at 1:40pm for my 1:30pm appointment. Staff was friendly and explained things to me. I did kind of get the impression that they were tired of me because I was trying to ask clarifying questions to make sure that later on I will not be thinking about the questions I was afraid to ask :P. It’s very easy for me to just accept what I’m told, and not ask anything, but I’m trying to learn to advocate for myself because it seems like that’s what is needed in healthcare. But I could tell they were definitely getting tired of me asking my dumb questions and just repeating answers they already gave because I was obviously didn’t hear it the first time. I probably need to work on my communication skills because I don’t feel like either of us felt like we were getting through to the other person. It felt like we both felt like we knew what the other person was saying and that they just weren’t willing to hear it.

Very professional, efficient and caring service. The facility is clean and beautiful.

The dr I saw was wonderful Even if he wasn’t sure about something he found the answer He even called me after my appt to give me more details/information he had found after I left

The receptionist was very kind and professional and the doctor was great very friendly with my minor annd asked all the right questions. Overall this was my first time there and I have already recommended them to someone. Also the scheduling was super easy and they have great hours if you have a crazy schedule like mine.
