I started going to Carbon because it’s close to where I live.  The convenience, professionalism and caring staff keep me coming back.  Rosa who handles the front desk is the best!

Had a cough and sore throat for a few days.  Visiting from out of state.  DIL got me an appointment the same day.  Seen in a timely manner.  Strep and Covid negative.  Viral illness explained and told to return if symptoms persist or get worse.

Very good experience; however the general long-term maintenance in the office is deficient. This detracts from the fresh, contemporary design and undermines the sense of efficiency and professionalism. Specifically, buildup of liquid soap on backsplash under soap dispenser in exam room, VERY dirty hvac vents with dust that seems to have been accumulating since the place was built. Similar signs of long-term neglect of what should be regularly scheduled maintenance and cleaning above and beyond the everyday things that staff can handle. This doesn’t bode well for the fresh contemporary approach that Carbon seeks to bring.

Got a same day appt. And was taken to room right away and seen by assistant and doctor quickly. Came in with sore throat, nasal discharge and achiness. BP as low and I was given water and it came up. Flu and strep were ruled out and with negative home test I was advised to recheck in 2days, as recommendations would not change over the next 3-5 days with additional testing. My concern about husband with DM was addressed. A great experience n all above aspects.

My husband & I tested positive for COVID this AM. We both were able to very conveniently make online appointments for medical evaluations within 30 minutes of our requests. The UC Village-Albany Urgent Care clinic is modern and attractive with highly efficient, very welcoming, friendly, professional & personable administrative and medical staffs. All of the medical personnel have very kind and empathetic bedside manners and listened very well to (and heard!) and were responsive to our medical concerns and questions. We both were in and out of our appointments within 30 minutes. We are very appreciative and truly grateful to have your clinic so conveniently located near our home. Please keep up the great work!

I came in with sore throat e ear pressure e pain. I was dissapointed that Doctors here are always giving such short attention time. The Dr did not check my ears while my visit . Then they expect the patient to come back e pay again. This is the second time this bad experience happens. They seem to always rush out.

I have used the Albany Carbon Health many times now for urgent care. It is always easy to schedule an appointment, the wait is very short, the admin and medical staff are always friendly, efficient, and good at their work. They listen and pay attention to detail. I always feel that I have gotten good, accurate medical care.

On Sunday, the doctor was so overwhelmed by my advanced age and ongoing health vicissitudes (which I live with, with specialist assistance, and are common amongst the aged) that she hardly heard the complaint and question i came in with. She never responded to the reason i had come in and instead decided i should go directly to the ER. I did not do that and was able to FaceTime with my PCP on Monday. There was no need for the ER. I was unlucky to get an Urgent Care doctor with little experience treating older people.

Very impressed with my visit. I required emergency attention and it was fast, efficient, easy, and professional. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Visit to Albany, CA location sparkling clean. Time elapsed from booking appointment online to treatment through to picking up prescription at drug store was 2 hours 10 minutes-thank you for providing such excellent service!
