Had a wicked sore throat during the night. Made an appointment on line with ease. Staff very friendly. Saw the PA and was very disappointed. He was very nice, but made wrong assumptions.  I knew I had strep throat. He did a brief exam and said I didn’t have strep. Never took a that swab or fell look t my tender, enlarged glands.  I called later that day to say I needed to come back. Spoke with the same PA who assured Mo e because I was old and the chance of having strep was minimal. Said I could come in if I wanted too. Unfortunately, I felt so sick I stayed home.  The next day I went to a different urgent care. Their exam showed I did have strep. Started on antibiotics. Feel so much better. Our whole family tested positive for strep too!  I write this to encourage you to advocate for yourself. I’m in the medical field and should have insisted on being tested.

I fell last night and had a slight cut on my forehead and a very uncomfortable  right wrist. Made an appointment easily. The wait was short and the staff is great. Hope evaluated me, had xrays taken, glued my forehead and put a brace on my wrist. So much better. She could not see a break but the radiologist will read it. I would recommend this. Clinic. Have been here other times and friends and family have also. We all are always pleased.

Yall are top notch!  Easy scheduling,  almost no wait time, and issues were addressed.   Highly recommend

Greatly appreciate the staff calling me directly once labs came in the showed a problem.  Very proactive!

We were able to make an appointment online for the same day. We were promptly checked in and seen shortly thereafter. The staff were so friendly!! We quickly had an intake, exam and test. A prescription was sent in to the CVS across the street and was ready before we finished our lunch. Great service, knowledgeable and kind.

Front desk staff was very friendly and the check in process was exceptionally fast. Once checked in, I was quickly brought back, bandaged up and on my way.  I Especially enjoyed how they took the time to explain and teach what to look out for and do for similar injuries in the future.

I’ve had a sore throat off and on for a few days, but thought it was drainage down the back of my throat. As it has continued, I decided to have it checked out and I’m glad I did because I ended up having strep throat. Everyone was very nice and professional, but I especially liked Hope, the PA who saw me.

Easy to make appointment. Wait time was short. Staff was courteous and professional. I was treated with care and feel like I was given proper meds and instructions. This was my second time at Carbon and other family members have had positive experiences also.

It was great to be able to get in on a Saturday but the wait time was way too long. I was finally called back to a room 30 minutes after my appointment time and then it was another hour before the appointment was over.

Making an appointment was easy and quick. Office staff was friendly and organized. Very short wait time. PA took vitals and info. Dr was very professional and treated me with care. Prescriptions were called in. Hopefully this will help my symptoms. I would definitely refer my friends.
