I was able to make an appointment for my son quickly but we then had to wait almost 45 minutes past our scheduled appointment time to be seen. The location was clearly understaffed for the amount of patients they were trying to see and providers and staff (with the exception of the MA) came off as rushed and short. The provider spent all of 5 minutes with my son and I and seemed focused on getting out of the room as quickly as possible. The location needs more help to provide quality patient care.

The clinician was extremely rushing me. I barely had the opportunity to describe my symptoms. She kept talking over me and cutting me off. I also barely had the opportunity to ask questions. When I would try, she would cut me off and give me a curt answer. I understand there are other patients but cutting someone off and talking over them is plainly unprofessional. Furthermore, I barely took more than a few minutes of her time and was very respectful of her time. If that clinician was the only person there, I would definitely not go back.

I had a I rather complicated case.   I Health staff gave me a very thorough exam and the appropriate tests.   Amber was very helpful and supportive.  Angela Very confident professional, patient and thorough. I appreciated getting the anti-biotic given my past history.  Biggest problem was not being able to reach my cardiologists to compare your EKG report with previous diagnoses but they reached out and got in touch with the right people to make the comparisons. My husband was very sick with a prolonged flu, we were on a fishing boat that the flu raged through and we even had a person needing coast guard air evac. The clinic did everything right, we are finding out that the flu was followed by a bacterial infection in other passengers, and that is what the clinic diagnosed as well, putting him on antibiotics which has helped immensely. Staff was caring, thorough, and spot on.

Came in for a sore throat, Sheila was super personable and friendly. She took additional tests that I requested with a smile and some good laughs. William took charge of the appointment shortly after handling everything with care. The entire experience was very positive and will definitely recommend the staff at Carbon Health. It would have been good to for staff to explain the check out process including where to find summary of care/care plan.  Wait time was fine. Office and exam areas clean and tidy. Staff professional

We usually have a good experience at carbon health. This time the visit seemed rushed and was not as thorough as usual. It was Saturday at 6:15, maybe not the best time to go.

They were great! I was able to schedule online, show up, and be treated and released within half an hour. The doctor was both competent and kind, and all support staff were friendly and interested in me as a person. Felt very well cared for throughout my visit. Thanks!
