Excellent urgent care experience. Highly recommend.

Everyone was great, visit was easy, scheduling was easy and I was able to get an appointment incredibly quickly.

Got stung by a wasp yesterday and woke up today with an extremely swollen face. Booked an appointment super quick and easily on line. Of the urgent cares I looked at Carbon Health had the soonest available appointments. Check in was easy. Staff is so friendly, warm, and kind. Pamela at the front desk is a true stand out. Also it is very clean and modern looking. Waiting room and patient rooms extremely clean with actual comfortable chairs in the waiting room. One of the best urgent cares I have been to

My primary care suggested I go to an urgent care to help manage the gout pain i was experiencing. I was able to make an appt at Carbon on my way over to the clinic and i was seen within a short wait. The dr was able to prescribe and recommend something to help bring down my inflamation and i was in an out of there in about 30mins.

Disappointed that I could not get an xray. No technician has been hired. Now I have to go to a hospital radiology office

I thought staff was fine but I found it odd they didn't offer me any medication for the bed bugs they said I had I had to go to my doctor in order for him to prescribe me some medication which helped tremendously. Staff was friendly and doctor knew what she was talking about about but I thought it was terrible they didn't give me anything to help my situation

I made and appointment online early in the morning because I had a UTI. Everything was seamless and the facility looks brand new. Got a prescription and was out of there within 18 mins. They followed up days later because they sent my sample out and the antibiotic I was prescribed (that typically works for people) my sample wasn’t responding to it so they immediately prescribed a different antibiotic. The whole process was easy and they did their job till the end.

Another earache sent me to Carbon Urgent Care. Quick check in and was seen right away. Thorough exam of ears and meds ordered. All were courteous and helpful. Would recommend.

I have been sick for 2 weeks and visited my primary care a week ago who said I had a cold.  When I called to get another appointment as I am not feeling better at I was told there were no appointments till tomorrow and they needed to see me in order to provide any scripts.  A friend of mine told me to try Carbon yesterday (which I should have). So I got in first thing this morning and the staff and PA was so nice and attentive.    Thank you so much!
