I woke up with a horrible cold and booked an urgent care visit very easily. I was able to check in seamlessly but unfortunately the care provided with suboptimal. The office was out of flu tests and the nurse practitioner told me I had the flu and there was nothing that could be done. Without confirmation from a flu test I went home and proceeded to get worse which entailed going to my primary care doctor come Tuesday. I was diagnosed with a severe sinus infection and provided treatment by them.

I had a bad ankle twist and was not able to walk properly. I got the appointment for the same day.  The check in was quick but the wait time was roughly 20 mins. The staff is friendly and the quality of care is excellent. I wasn’t sure if it was a fracture or a sprain and the x ray facility was not available that day but they guided me to places where I had easily done my X-ray. Within a short time, they confirmed it was not a fracture and provided clear instructions on how can I recover from an ankle sprain injury quickly. Overall, a good experience and would recommend for any urgent care.

The office was running about 30 minutes behind this morning; other than that - everyone was genuine and courteous. Thank you

I was seen for kidney stones. The PA “ordered” a CT scan and the front desk gave me the paper with a list of places to call.  I called from the parking lot and they didn’t have any available until next week,  also said the Dr had to send over the referral and prior authorization.  I was seen for kidney stones.  PA didn’t provide any RX for pain or discomfort and it felt like I was just sent out to figure it out myself.   I ended up at Good Samaritan ER where they did do the CT scan, found 4 stones and treated me and my concerns with seriousness and respect.  I feel like my visit with this urgent care was a waste of time and money.  Also the facility was filthy.

Had a UTI infection. The staff had me give a urine sample and they tested it with a dip stick and sent it off to the lab to see if they could grow a culture. She took my vital signs and prescribed an antibiotic. I would definitely go back if I need an urgent care facility.

Great staff, easy process. The chairs in the waiting room were fabric and dirty - I wish they would swap them out for plastic chairs that can be sanitized. For an urgent care clinic, they still met my needs and I’m thankful.

I didn't realize that this clinic was available for sports physicals. Booking the appointment was easy and everyone was super helpful. We were in and out in under 30minutes and they were open late which was convenient for us. Based on this experience , I would recommend this clinc.
