So helpful!  Diagnosed my issue and sent RX to my pharmacy, seems to help get rid of my issue

Was seen for severe sore throat I’ve had for 5 days, agreed to run virus tests including Covid as well strep throat.  Also prescribed antibiotic in case.  Discovered later that no Covid test was administered only strep throat.  In order to protect my family I really wanted to rule out Covid.

Good experience. Easy scheduling and quick diagnosis and treatment.

I was seeing one hour after my appointment after showing up 20 minutes early. This, after people showing up after me that were 30 minutes late for their appointment were seen Before me! I guess showing up late is rewarded and being on time is not.

I definitely had an emergency and needed to see a doctor, and it was so easy to schedule with Carbon Health via the Internet. They were close to our home, easy to get there, and they were very friendly, efficient and successful in treating the problem. They are amazing

WOW!! Everything about this place was amazing! I saw some reviews that weren’t great but I was desperate so I figured why not! The girl at the front desk (I missed her name but had cute tattoo’s) was SO nice and friendly! Got me checked in quickly. Then I waited for a short time and was taken back to a room where she did my vitals & got more info. I waited a few short minutes for the NP Patti and she was AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable & well taken care of. She worked hard to find the right antibiotics for me (I have an allergy so it can be difficult) and answered all of my many questions. Could not recommend anymore!!!

The staff is wonderful but the scheduling  is terrible.  Twice I have made appts in the morning and both times my wait time was extremely long.  This time I didn’t see a Dr until well over an hour after my appt time.  Someone told me that mornings are like that alot -  maybe have more staff or less morning appointments.  Dr care was great but not sure I’ll go back because of the wait time with an appointment.

I am visiting from out-of-srate. Many years ago my car was rear-ended causing a serious beck injury and chronic pain I was in to get an Rx refill of Tramadol to control my pain. The PA was great and I would recommend her. Unfortunately, Carbon doesn't allow prescribing control substances. I was given what was possible, but it has done little to help.

The staff at Carbon Health are incredible! Joanne, Sharron, and Miah were wonderful to coordinate with for an employer test. They are kind, thorough, professional, and thoughtful. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Respiratory issues compelled me search urgent care. Found Carbon Health online. Booking online for same day appointment with SOLV was easy. Carbon Health staff was friendly and efficient. No issues with insurance plan. Care was very top notch. Facilities were very nice and clean. Best of all for me was PA Audrey. She was attentive to my issue. Providing me with a recovery solution, which has succeeded. And even took an extra moment to explain to me how to take steps to prevent this issue that I hadn't used. Well done! Highly recommended.
