If you can’t prescribe narcotics then post this in your lobbies.  You are a bunch or liars.  I will not recommend your facility to anyone.  I have broken ribs and it hurts very bad.  Practitioner couldn’t even read X-rays.  Complete waste of time and my money.  I will call my bank and cancel payment.

First time using Urgent Care due to issue happening on the weekend. Being able the schedule an appointment was ideal & easy as well. The entire staff at the Carmichael location was friendly & knowledgeable. The care I received was outstanding.

The most efficient Urgent Care experience ever. My son's abscess grew and I googled Urgent Cares in the area and Carbon popped up. It was so easy to schedule an appt time, find the place on the website to do so, click and sign up. And times were very readily available. Went in, was immediately helped and registered/paid our co-pay. We got in to a room soon after and was greeted by such a friendly and warm PA. Everything was addressed timely and we were off. Incredible.

I scheduled a morning appointment the day after Christmas. My wait time was about 30 minutes. Everyone was very nice and caring. The Doctor was very professional, nice, and answered all my questions. I would recommend Carbon Health.

Scheduling on line was a breeze, same day appointment. Check in was easy, took less than 30 seconds. The staff was courteous and easy going. The doctor looked at my mom, talked to her, not at her and really listened to our concerns. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and will definitely go back there if we need to.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say. The visit was fast and efficient. It actually included some lab work too. By the time I turned on my car to leave my pharmacy called me to let me know when to pick up my prescription. It doesn't get better than this. At least in my experience. I definitely recommend this provider.

This morning I woke up and I needed to get checked out because I had really bad chest congestion. I was able to make an appointment  for an hour later. The check in  was easy and the staff was very friendly and efficient in moving patients along. I was seen promptly. I have been here a few times and have always had excellent service I would highly recommend!
