I got online at 3pm to schedule an appointment.  Arrived at 3:25 for a 3:30 appointment.  Was immediately checked in, taken back to be seen and out the door at 3:57.  This is at an Urgent care people!  Staff is fantastic, the facility is spotless and the woman who treated me was so kind and professional.  What a good experience when you don’t feel that great.  They are very thorough!!

Employment Drug testing very easy process no wait time. Only downside is GPS loses drivers it kept saying I had arrived but it was behind the front view location, I called 5x no answered, I inquired once inside and she stated they'd been having phone issues. GPS took around which was an extra 5 minutes. Maybe in the website searches it's best to list a trademark building so ppl won't get lost.

Everything from scheduling an appointment to the treatment was outstanding. The staff was friendly, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.

I have been here twice and my physician is amazing. I’d love to just get medical insurance straight through this facility and cut Kaiser out of the picture. Todays only issue was a slightly over 30 minute wait time but luckily I was done working for the day and did not have plans so it was fine but I would have stressed if I had a set time to be somewhere. Overall great experience again!!

This place is great. I was able to be seen at the time of day I needed and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place.

This was very easy to make an appointment. The office was extremely clean and neat. Staff was very courteous and efficient. There was no wait time, checking in was easy.

This was a convenient, clean, new establishment with a fabulous staff. I was totally nervous and my blood pressure had to be taken twice because it was super high the first time, but I felt so comfortable within two minutes. It went down to perfect! Chelsea and Amber were amazing. I recommend anyone in the Concord Clayton area that needs to have urgent care to go here.
