Appointment was great. However prescription was not called into the pharmacy

My son needed an athletic clearance quickly for his high school team because it was the deadline that day. Teenagers! Made a same day appointment and was able to get it done. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them for dealing with any last minute physical exams when you have a distracted teenager that doesn’t remember important deadlines

Woke up this morning with extreme dry cough and trouble breathing. Made an appointment online with ease. The staff member who checked me in was very kind and efficient, my nurse was very kind and efficient as well. The Doctor came across lazy and dismissive, at one point questioning if the breathing issues were anxiety? Which had me confused because I was not describing "rapid breathing", I was describing my throat constricting as my husband had witnessed in real time with me, suggesting to go to an Urgent Care. He didn't do any tests because "the treatment would be the same." However, as a disabled person with various comorbidities, it is actually dangerous and dismissive to not test; as something like covid-19 can have long lasting impacts on my pre-existing conditions. Deeply disappointed.

Appt was easy to schedule.  Unfortunately no care plan or test results were completed. Very disappointed.

I was very pleased with several things: ease of scheduling, professionalism of the nurse practitioner, and cleanliness of the facility. I was not pleased by the fact that I had a 9 AM appointment and as I was sitting there, people were coming in to work and my appointment didn’t start until 9:25 AM, it would be nice if staff got there a few minutes before nine so they could start their day on time

Everything went well except for issues with the prescriptions. I tried to follow up with the front desk and it was a terrible experience, she wasn’t listening and trying to help, she was super rude and even hang up on me.

I made a 10:30am appointment and was taken in by 10:45. By 11:30 I was out. The only issue I had was that there was not a doctor available that day. The PA seemed very capable so l really have no complaints, although I would have felt more comfortable having an MD doing more than a cursory look at my issue. Meditation was prescribed and if it does the trick, I have no complaints.

I was able to schedule a 9:00 appointment during the early morning hours.  We had to wait for two other people to check in.  Given the increased volume of patients and people without appointments, we were taken back very quickly.   The doctor was very kind and thorough in her examination.  Her diagnosis was accurate.  I would recommend this provider with respect to the doctor we saw.  We had been to the urgent care the night before, right before they closed and that doctor was not thorough.  He didn’t look at my son’s nose or throat or check his breathing.

I had an annoying very small  glass sliver in my thumb. The doc all the right stuff to dig it out

Everything went well just the pharmacy is out of the medicine that I need for my daughter and I’m still wait for the doctor response what other medicine she can use! I have to contact the pharmacy maybe is already something for her that the only thing maybe because was Sunday very hard to respond all the messages
