had an appt at 10:30 was seen at 11:15 with only 2 others waiting ahead of me, front desk kept disappearing so i didn’t get my check out slip for my PCP from her. Nurse Practitioner was incredibly rushed. I’ve been here 1 other time in february 2020 and had the same exact experience, was hoping it would’ve gotten better but will never return to this urgent care.

Came home from vacation and was ready to do something about feeling sick. Got online booked an appt. For 15 minutes later, checked in, was seen in less than 5 minutes and the PA and front desk was so nice and attentive. I was in and out in a half hour.  I was crying because I felt so bad and the PA was so sweet and understanding. She went above and beyond for me.

The process was smooth and I was able to receive effective treatment.

I've been to Carbon Health care 5-6 times now over a series of several years. I would highly recommend them to anyone for all of the things: online scheduling, ease of check in, friendliness of staff members and attention to detail when diagnosing next steps for the best care.

I was visiting family from out of town and developed a sore throat over night. I looked up local urgent care and found Carbon Health. I booked an appointment online for first thing in the morning. When the doors opened, I signed in and was called back almost immediately. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Got diagnosed with strep and meds called in promptly. Would definitely go back!

The PA prescribed my 14 month old son triple the amount of augmentin for his body weight, basically could of really hurt him! Thank god the pharmacist caught it. My son projectile puked the medication up both times I gave it to him so I emailed my actual pediatrician what the PA prescribed and she said it was a very out dated version that is never prescribed in 3 doses like the PA prescribed. DO NOT TAKE SMALL CHILDREN HERE they have no idea what they are doing.

Staff was really friendly and I was in right when my appointment time was. The doctor listened to my symptoms and really heard me out. I would definitely go again if I needed too.
