I’ve been having sinus pain for 1.5 week, I was able to book a same day appointment after I got off work. I checked in w/ the receptionist didn’t sit down & the Medical Assistant called me back right away. I saw an MD (I forgot his name :( ) but he was really nice & prescribed me meds. I was in & out in 15 mins. Now my sinuses feel so much better. I usually take my daughter here & thankful I’m able to come myself where its very convenient, friendly staff, & very clean inside.

Scheduling was easy, check-in was quick and straightforward (they even gave my daughter coloring pages while we waited), hardly any wait time, MA and Provider were so kind and took their time to go above and beyond. Overall, care received went above and beyond my expectations.

Charge me 215 dollars for a 2 minutes doctor visit. And the 6460 dollars per hour doctor just wants to get me out of there.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. Check-in line was busy but went quickly when it was my turn. Office was busy so had a bit of a wait to be seen but not too bad. Medical staff was kind, professional, pleasant and very attentive.

Easy scheduling.  Short wait. I liked the fact that incoming people were given an honest estimated wait time and/ or given the option to go to other locations as an alternative.

Dr. Michael did a great job explaining his diagnosis of laryngitis. Prescribed a medication and was on my way. Will definitely go back in the future if needed.

I had a cold that wasn't getting any better. So I looked up Urgent Care centers in my medical app and up pops Carbon Health. Living right in the area was so convenient. I made an online appointment instead of walking in. And everything was perfect! I was taken care of, received prescriptions to pickup. They are so caring and professional there. I recommend to go to Carbon Health at Eastvale Merge. Should I ever need the service again, this is my place of choice. Thanks Carbon Health! I feel so much better today!

I schedule my appointments online, I’m always checked in on time, amazing friendly staff that will not rush you, and actually cares for their patients. The providers are kind and patient. This eastvale location specifically is top tier.

I love that i finally found a local urgent care that is not only at a good distance but delivers quality care. I come here for both myself and my kids whenever we aren’t feeling well and doctors are always great.

I had a pulled muscle in my back and it was hurting me very bad. I made an appointment online, which was simple, and when I showed up I was seen right away. The front office staff was very nice as well as the back office staff. The doctor was very helpful and pleasant, really listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.
