Great to schedule appt. Kind staff. Unfortunate that I was going in for an arm injury and their X-ray tech was not on site to help. They were helpful with recommending other places to go but inconvenience to me as no longer "centralized" care. May not rush back for next visit as unsure if staffing needs will be met depending on service.

The staff seemed bored. My scrip was messed up. When I tried to call the office, nobody answered. No one returned my call. I tried about four time. Finally, I went back to the office, and and a young woman was just sitting there doing nothing. The appearance of the office was lacking. It is obvious that no one cares. Why ant doctor would work there is beyond me.

Woke up this morning feeling terrible, and I was so upset that most urgent cares weren’t opening until 9 or 9:30 and here I found Carbon health, I will definitely come back if need be for any other illnesses. The doctor was very pleasant and caring, the front desk coordinator made me Laugh which I needed that. Scheduling was easy I got a slot the same morning and I was first to be seen. I would certainly recommend this place.
