Making the appointment online was simple, there was some sort of computer issue but the lady at the front desk was super helpful, sorted it out and we waited about 15 minutes. Got to a room waited probably 10 minutes to see Dr Hitchcock. She asked questions, examined me, explained everything thoroughly to me. Ruled out several things and set my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend this location.

The wait time was long but otherwise it was a great experience. We haven’t received the results of the nasal swabs in our family account portal or any notification that they’ve come back and it’s been over 24 hours.

This is first time I was disappointed as PA didn’t care to examine and run any tests. It was pretty dismissive behavior as I usually don’t go to DR but i have been feeling miserable for over a week and Dr didn’t believe in prescribing anything to relief. Also when called today to follow up and they were rude and said that Dr doesn’t believe in medicine and I can come back to revisit. Why would I waste time and money again to see same PA? Unbelievable

My daughter was constipated and was vomiting. I wanted the provider to do an X-ray but they were unable to. The website said it’s a service that is offered. They have an X-ray machine but they don’t have anybody to operate it. The entire visit was a waste of time and I had to bring her to the er later. If you aren’t able to offer an X-ray that don't advertise it.

Easy in and easy out. I just wish there was more seats to sit on. People tend to bring a plus one and I wasn’t able to sit so I stood outside in the rain until I saw a seat open.

Scheduling was super easy, I arrived a few minutes before the appointment time, but check in seemed to take forever. There were 2 people in front of us and it took over 15 minutes. The appointment itself was fairly quick. When I went to pick up a prescription I had to call the office back because the dose didn’t get sent over to the pharmacy.  Overall I would definitely go back
