I really appreciated getting in quickly when I had a sore throat but I feel that the care was suboptimal. The ARNP wasn’t masked and looked in my throat but not my ears or check my lymph nodes. I left feeling confused and like maybe I’d rather just get in with my regular PCP next time. The step test was negative and the results for the other test were still not posted after 24 hours so I remain undecided if this was a helpful visit and if I should be taking antibiotics.

Woke up with a red, itchy eye leaking with fluid! I know it sounds horrible but I need to paint the picture for ya… With blurry vision I was forced to travel to three different urgent care hospitals, which all had extremely long wait times. After feeling defeated I stumbled across Carbon Health Urgent Care on google.As soon as logged on to their website I was able to schedule an appointment online immediately. With in 15minutes I was checked in and whisked away to be examined by a provider promptly. Prescription sent to my pharmacy and I was on my way. With that said my entire experience was efficient, caring and professional. I would STRONGLY suggest this urgent care hospital over anywhere else! THANK YOU CARBON HEALTH…….

The staff in federal is always so polite and patient with us. Feel like the staff is understanding and feel very comfortable to come here for help especially Miss Kimberly.

It was fast and easy to find and schedule an appointment. Check-in was fast. Staff was very careing and helpful. I would definitely recommend using Solv to my friends and family.

Was not aware there were things we could not be seen for, only discovered this after being seen and then being told there was nothing they could do besides a referral and that the copay was forfeit.  Although the situation was explained, I would have appreciated a warning when scheduling or after confirming scheduling. That would have been more respectful of mine and everyone's time and money.

Sciatica decided to visit me again randomly. I was able to book an appointment within 30 minutes. The check-in process was simple and so quick that they were calling me the moment I sat down. The entire staff is joyful with smiles and I truly appreciate their good vibes. I saw the provider within minutes. They all actively listen to your condition to help find the best solutions. I ended up getting a shot and started feeling better before I walked out of the door. This location is SUPERB! Highly recommend!

website is a pain. lists location as the Mall. it isn't. it's listed in the Mall directory, but certainly no hint as to where. uts I. the corner of the parking lot, not in the mall. they list eye issues on the website. you go through and mark your concern. Surprise, they don't have an eye Dr. so I paid $40 to get my BP checked and the NP gave me a referral for an eye doctor money wasted, and 2 hours of wasted walked the mall twice, and now I get their junk mail. never again!

Hello, we spoke to Roberta Yoshimura as our provider she’s the PA at that location and she was very accommodating and thorough. She was very compassionate. She wasn’t superficial with her observations either. She’s been one of the best providers I’ve seen in a while. She also let us meet her manager Nikki, who was very nice and took in our feedback about how we found the place. I would 100 % go back.

I had symptoms of COVID and was able to get an appointment easily and I was in and out before I knew it.

I have not had insurance for some time and ran out of my blood pressure medicine. I started feeling really bad and couldn’t control my BP any longer.  Was able to go online and get an appointment right away. The staff was very friendly and the doctor was super helpful and kind. I was able to get back on my meds and feel great.
