A great experience all around. Easy and professional.

Arrived at my appointment and checkin process was very fast with little to no wait. Let team know I was on a time crunch and they were able to accommodate and expedited appointment without lowering the quality of care. PA was amazing and very knowledgeable. This is my second time at Carbon Health and I will only schedule my urgent care visits at this location.

With an appointment, I waited less than three minutes to be seen. Overall, the service was excellent. Several weeks ago, I had the need to seek attention at a nearby hospital emergency department. I waited two hours to be seen.

I scheduled an appointment for testing for pre employment and then I kept having to wait because sick or elderly people came in and it seemed like they took precedence over me, even though I had an appointment, for which I was early. I was there for an hour and a half total, and my whole appointment took less than 20 minutes. I had to get a drug screening and had to wait for a staff member to be able to time me on the other side of the door.Really awkward and I already needed to use the restroom when I got there because it was a long drive.

Tore my skin really badly and didn't feel I could treat it myself. Scheduled at the website and waited about 5 minutes to be seen. Everyone was very nice and attentive. I saw a medical assistant and PA who cleaned it and bandaged up. I will definitely go there again.

Make an appt!  Quick and easiest way to get in and out.  Every staff member was nice kind and courteous.

My daughter was not feeling well. I was able to book online appointment within 30 minutes. The staff is extremely friendly.

Great care starting with Luz at the front desk to Belinda who took my vitals and of course Jennifer who listened to me and diagnosed me quickly. Thank you ☺️

Have had a really bad sore throat for a couple of days and decided this morning to try to finally get checked for strep throat. Was able to get an appointment almost immediate. Was seen quickly and tested. No strep or Covid but was advised other viruses are going around. Was able to get a prescription called in. Very happy with the PA and the treatment I received.Highly recommend.
