the front office needs a lot of work. there is someone checking in on 1 ipad, manually inputting every patients information with her index finger. she's not even using the imac in front of her. there's 3 other ipads on the side (assuming it's supposed to be for check in) that are not in service. the water dispenser has been out of service for at least a few months. the rest of the experience was just fine. loved our PA.

Scheduled my appointment online the night before. Super easy online process. Had my appointment set at 1:30pm, and I arrived at 1:20pm. Didn't get checked in until 2:30pm... Front office staff service was underpar today. Usually there's 2 people, but I noticed only 1 new worker struggling by herself. Other than that, excellent clinic. Everything is clean as always, staff is friendly as always.
