It was my first time visiting Carbon Health Urgent Care and I was very impressed with the friendliness of the welcoming staff. I scheduled an appointment literally 15 mins before walking in and it took barely 10 minutes to be seen. Tess, the AP, was super friendly and did put me at ease and I was out of there in no time. Place is immaculate!

Love this place, everyone was very professional yet personal and kind. Highly recommend.

Front staff and TESS ( P.A ) were AMAZING  -that saw me !!! She had to drain a cyst I had on my back/neck and she was SUPER gentle ( as much as she could in that situation & she CARED about me and how I was doing. I will 200% be going back when need be !!! Thank you all who saw me today and thank you so much for your KINDNESS!

The whole process went very smoothly and the MA and the provider was very nice. I was seen for Covid and was ordered Paxlovid. The only feedback is they didn’t ask if I was on cholesterol medication, which I was. I found out the cholesterol medicine was supposed to be held while on Paxlovid.  There was no medication history asked. Thank you.

Everyone there is very friendly and competent. Clean and not a very long wait. I’ve been there twice and both Dr.s gave me plenty of time, explained everything and answered all my questions. It will be my GO TO Urgent Care when needed.

The girls were amazing!! So helpful, friendly and moved things along quickly.  It is far from my house but I would drive the extra to go back if needed.

Had to bring in daughter because no appointments at the pediatrician. We chose Carbon Health and was very happy we did. From the scheduling online, to Felix at the front, Cheryl the MA and Dr. Adaf were all amazing. Would definitely recommend for any urgent service. Will definitely be returning if needed.

My 91 your old dad fell and was having pain in his leg. They were very kind and patient and was able to get an x-ray so that we can find out if anything was broken when we couldn’t find anything out in the x-ray, they kindly gave me a prescription for a CT scan to be sure. This is so much easier than taking him to an ER where we would wait for hours, even if there is nothing wrong, I really appreciate their assistance and their patience as well as their kindness.

Have COPD & have a bad cough & sinus pressure. Rock was very professional & knowledgeable! Bedside manner excellent. I would recommend your place.

After calling ENTs and specialists for four days without a response...I tried Carbon Health and was able to schedule immediately! The check-in was great and the waiting room was chill with a peaceful energy. Staff was friendly, caring, and kind. They were able to clear my ears quickly and I can't say enough good things about them. Will definitely have Carbon Health as my go-to for urgent care. 💞
