Scheduling was a breeze; however, I was not ushered into an exam room until 45 minutes past my appointment time. While I'm fairly confident diagnosis and treatment was appropriate, it is apparent the office is understaffed.

Insurance wouldn’t cover the prescription of drops. Still waiting for your doctor to prescribe an alternative. It’s been over 24 hours and still nothing

Fast onset of a UTI hit about 9pm. I was able to quickly schedule an 8am appt for the next morning. Made it through the night knowing I had an appt, receiving email & text confirmation and reminders. I was seen within a reasonable amount of time and was on my way to the pharmacy for antibiotics and symptom relief meds. The Los Alamitos Carbon Health repeated what I had experienced before; efficient, friendly & professional care from admit staff to doctor’s care.   I highly recommend this provider.

I’ve been dealing with hives for 1.5 weeks when I visited this location. I had to take the day off from work. Scheduling was easy, the person at check was kind and quick. When I saw the doctor it seemed like they were in a rush. They didn’t ask me what I have already taken or what I have done to address the issue. I took the day off, used my limited sick time, paid $20 copay to be told to take allergy medicine. And if it persists I need to find an allergist.  I visited Hoag urgent care 2 days later. They had better bedside manner and took the extra 2 minutes to ask me about my symptoms and what I have done to address it. They ended up giving me a steroid shot and prescribed steroid medication. My symptoms have slow disappeared and they also gave me an allergist referral. This is what I expect. I don’t go to urgent care often and this is what I expect.

Had a severe right foot and got  an appointment immediately and the staff took care my needs upon arrival. Doctor Sarah very attentive and thoughtful.  Thank you everyone.

I’ve used this facility previously.  All personnel, doctors, nurse practitioners and nurses have all been extremely kind and informative and very professional  I’m very pleased with the care I have received here.

Much appreciation to the staff. My husband was listened to and the Doc was very thorough. I would feel comfortable to return for another time. Thank you.

Only complaint was wait time. I had Covid and was very tired and uncomfortable but it was a Saturday afternoon. Then at the end had to wait again for Dr. note and diagnosis release papers took forever. Everything else was very good.
