Staff was great!! I was put off by the personal data (scan of my DL??) collection to get a sports physical and lack of clarity about use.  I’d prefer transparency and opt out of collecting for marketing purposes.

Jamaica and the back office MA was great! They took great care of my daughter and followed up as promised.

The staff and dr we’re amazing… the front lobby was so disgusting I had to stand til it was time for me to be attended to… I told the staff the chairs were disgusting and the agreed right away which makes me wonder why the issue isn’t addressed

I spent many hours waiting in the ER until I just couldn’t take it anymore. When I got home, I called Carbon and got an immediate appointment the following day, heaven! Roxanne was fantastic at checking me in, Laura, very professional, and Jamaica very caring

I have been to this urgent care twice now- both times it was super easy to schedule an appt within an hour. The Dr was great…very kind & patient -explaining everything about my test results etc… I would definitely recommend for anyone seeking immediate medical attention/same day dr. Appt.

Scheduling and check in was easy! Very promptly seen by the doctor - the care was not rushed and she provided great communication while working with me. Highly Recommend!

I waited over an hour to see a provider when I made arrived on time for my appointment. They said the new scheduling system allowed for people to schedule time slots over each other so multiple people booked the same appointment time. The X Ray machine I specifically went in for was out of order for what they said was weeks.

Very nice clean clinic. I got my appointment very quickly and been helped well. Thanks for the good care. Specially because i am visiting from the Netherlands and not familiar with the health care in the states.

Scheduling my appointment was very easy and I loved that there was so much availability.

I had to go to UCLA health to get actual help. Came in with severe diarrhea and night sweats. All I got was a doctors note. I didn’t even meet with a physician. 350 co-pay for a note. Not a single test ordered. No follow up questions. Unbelievable. Will not be returning. Extremely disappointed.
