Receptionist incompetent. No receipt for $160 cash payment which I was forced to make even though it appears that I had two cards on file. Nothing on app that shows that I even had an appointment that day. No bloodwork results or anything. Insane.

Really 2 1/2 STARS ** check in nice. but inside clinic wait time TOO LONG. was stuck in the treatment room waiting for provider to return while they outside in hallway doing chitchat. that’s not right   quality of clinical care was good, but why they gotta be so gruff? ordering me around like that ended up spending 2 hours in the clinical area mostly waiting around with the place almost empty.  staff uneven. some had serious skills and treat you good, other don’t care.   a real mixed experience (PA and manager guy were real good).  i’d think twice before going back there tho

I am/was visiting from out of state... Woke up at 4AM a few days into my visit with a severe headache and bit of fever to go along with my cough and sneezing that started the day before... Positive for COVID... Got one of the earliest appointments and was seen very quickly... My longest wait of the day was probably waiting at the pharmacy for Paxlovid and cough meds... Surprised to see just how quickly the Paxlovid helped... I would definitely recommend this clinic...

They diagnosed me with pink eye and NEVER put my prescription for eye drops in. I left 4 voicemails and no one returned any.  I had to go to a different urgent care to get the prescription.  Insanity.

Did not help at all or give me any information.  The physicians assistant just told me to go to the ER. Waste of $240
