Patients beware! NP Dawn ordered the wrong prescription. My husband picked it up from the pharmacy and didn’t know what to expect , so we paid our portion and my insurance paid the rest. When I called carbon, the receptionist said no problem, I’ll order the correct one, very blasé, as if it is a frequent occurrence. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.

Extremely easy scheduling, and the nurse was able to quickly diagnose my issue and prescribed the correct medication and home remedy recommendations. Felt so much better the following day, thank you!

Had to schedule an appointment there because my PCP wouldn’t be available for two days and I should’ve just waited because it cost more than my PCP. The nurse that saw me failed to send the medication to the wrong pharmacy. I had to call them back to switch it. But more importantly I didn’t feel like she understood what my pain was. Also they provided me no paperwork of every being there, but the manager that was checking people in was quick to take photos of my ID and insurance card.The nurse told me that if I didn’t feel better in 3 days to simply just go to the hospital!..Instead of saying just give us a call or we will follow up with you in 3 days.

Christina & Dawn were amazing in assessing my situation- the Nurse Prac. Dawn is no b.s & seems to want to get down to business to find a root cause. She definetly put my mind at ease. Made me feel welcome & were very nice.

Scheduled a pre-employment drug screening. Reception area was extremely clean and also welcoming. Nurse at reception was friendly and I was take. Right at my appointment time. I already recommended the facility for urgent care needs.

I found Carbon Health Urgent Care Montgomeryville from a Google search and, after reading other positive reviews, I decided to schedule an appointment. Scheduling an appointment was easy and fast using the Solv app. I got an appointment the same day. Upon arrival, I was greeted by very friendly and competent staff. Check-in was quick and efficient. The offices were modern, very clean, and comfortable. The care I received was first rate. I will definitely use their services again.
