The nurse took my temperature and blood pressure and didn’t bother to let me know. I still don’t know! She asked my weight; wasn’t there a weight machine to check my weight? The NP said he prescribed some medicine and asked me to weight while the nurse takes two swab to test flu and the other diagnosis. After the second swab, the nurse told me that I am good to go. I asked what were the medications being prescribed as I walk out. She and the NP laughed cynically and then the NP said okay let’s talk about it. Then I entered the office again and he briefed on the medications, still missed to discuss one medicine which I found out later. Why would I have to ask for this discussion? Was utterly surprised at the unprofessionalism of them.

Everything went beyond expectations from start to finish. I have a very difficult husband and they handled him very well.

Had been experiencing a sore throat for a few days now, finally decided to see someone about it and was able to book a same day appointment. The check in process was very easy and I was seen back to an exam room within ten minutes of arriving. A provider saw me within five minutes of being back in the room. She listened to all of my concerns and questions actively, never making it seem like she was in a rush to get to another patient or out of the exam room. The entire process was very quick and easy and I would recommend this facility to anyone I know.

I appreciated the concern the Dr took lessoning and diagnosing my issues. I will continue going there for all my health concerns.

I had been struggling with managing an outbreak of hives.  I was able to schedule an appointment for later in the day because I was away from town.  When I arrived my wait time was about 5 minutes.  The providers were kind, attentive and very professional.  Thank you Carbon Health for your help.

I had a very important TB test to take due to a new job and I wasn’t sure that anyone had any same day appointments. I went on to Carbon Health website and easily scheduled my TB test and they had available time slots the same day! I went in and every staff I encountered was extremely nice and caring. The office was extremely clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Super easy to schedule an appt online, the wait was probably less than 5 minutes once there. Staff and the NP were friendly and helpful. Got meds and started feeling better the next day.

First time patient. Was able to make a last minute same day appointment on a Sunday evening. Upon arrival, check-in was super quick. Staff was friendly. The care my daughter received was excellent.
