I was looking for a new Urgent Care for a visit. Came across this one that was convenient for me and took my insurance. I was able to book appointment online. The visit was so smooth from start to finish. Very caring, thorough, and attentive. Finally got meds I needed. Definitely will be back!

I will NEVER go to an Urgent Care again! The NP was completely unqualified. I came in with what I thought might be an eye infection or possibly a scratch on my eye. It was red, tearing, stinging and light sensitive. She examined my eye and told me I did not have an abrasion and we should just "watch they eye". I could barely open it. I had to ask her for drops to get some pain relief. She prescribed a minimally effective antibiotic "in case there is an infection". I was in so much pain I made an appointment with a ophthalmologist the next day and was diagnosed with an ULCER on my eye! The Carbon NP was clearly not qualified to determine the issue with my eye and didn't even recommend seeing an eye doctor. Substandard care from a minimally qualified "medical professional"!!!!!

I scheduled an appointment online with an immediate opening. Easy first time check-in. Nurse took vitals, was very friendly and efficient.  Was seen, took care of my issue and went next door ( CVS)to pick up my Rx. All done in less than 20 minutes with excellent care I would recommend this facility to anyone in Moorpark.

I scheduled my drug screen for school online and it was super simple to do. When I arrived I had my paperwork and ID in hand and was immediately checked in. Pedro was kind, informative and very efficient. I was in and out in 15 min! I was quite impressed. Thank you Pedro!

This has to be the faster urgent care visit I’ve had. Was having issues with a UTI and the staff did a great job taking care of me and getting me antibiotics.

Fast, easy scheduling. Why is the person at the front desk also the same person who takes your vitals? Seems like a lot to put on one person and reduces efficiency. He was kind, competent and quick.

The PA assistant was very welcoming and friendly. Did not like the scheduling where five patients all had the same appointment times. Do not like your new hours changes of 8-4pm and not updating your website. Do not like that you took away the Asian doctors at the Moorpark location, they were very professional and knowledgeable. You took away the option of Carbon doctors becoming primary doctors. Something is off at Carbon...it's just doesn't feel the same anymore-somehow you have removed the quality at the Moorpark location.
