Going on four days of coughing and not feeling so good, my daughter recommended Carbon Health Care to be seen. I made an appointment online which took a few seconds, the App was very easy to use. I arrived at appointed time, was in and out within 20 minutes  The place was very clean and Dr visit was very pleasant. I will be using Carbon Health Care if needed

Have been sick for weeks decided to book an appointment first time here wait time was nothing everybody friendly professional was able to get the meds that I need to feel better! When sick, will definitely come here!

Dr.Titus is so sweet and caring by far the best always so welcoming and front staff is nice too .

I went here a couple of months ago and loved the experience so brought my daughter. Scheduled an appt online- easy. Got there and was greeted warmly by the receptionist who took our info. Called in 5 mins later. Dr was great and personable. In and out in less than 30 mins with meds sent straight to our pharmacy. 2nd time here, 2nd great experience.

Everyone was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the pain i was in, was in and out with antibiotics within under a hour. Will for sure come back.

I actually made my appointment in the lobby and they got me right in. Everyone is always professional and kind here. That’s why I’m a returning patient. I would definitely recommend this place

It was easy to make a same day appointment. The facilities were clean and modern. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. I feel very lucky that nurse practitioner Jennifer Quail was on duty. She listened carefully, understood my medical issue, and gave me great medical advice and treatment. I came in worried. I received everything I wanted and needed and left reassured. They told me when and how to get the lab results and which of my doctors should do follow-up. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Made a so-called “appointment” for 2:30. Doctor did not see me until 4:30. Two hours late. Doctor did not listen to my explanation of my extremely sore throat, fatigue and 10 pound weight loss and my immune-compromised health. Finally convinced dr to give me antibiotics even though she “didn’t see anything”. Took five day z-pack. On sixth day went to see another dr who DID “see Something”. Given second antibiotic, told to increase steroid and also given lidocaine swish to help numb throat. I would not recommend this doctor for ANY reason..  also, if you are going to provide service on first come first served basis then you should let people know that. Not pretend to give them an appointment.

Scheduling was easy but I was in the office way to long 4 hours the staff was friendly but the 4 hours was terrible

Got seen so quick! Normally ive had to wait over 2+ hours at accelerated urgent care on clinton keith even with an appointment. Carbon health will now be my go to for urgent care!  All staff were friendly. The man who took my vitals was nice, the receptionist, and so was the female doctor she was amazing and the appointment didnt feel rushed at all, she took her time with me.
