Had a skin irritation, the doctor prescribed a steroid cream. She was very professional and nice! Great experience.

Appointment was to address severe cold. Doctor and complete staff were professional. Was disappointed that Carbon Health no longer had X-ray capability on site. Was referred to the local ER.

My only negative comment dealt with the fact that the Doctor was hard to hear. She was wearing a mask and spoke in a soft tone. I had to ask her to repeat her comments at several points.

This place is a life saver and I’ve been going.there multiple times ever since it opened. So far, every single doctor has been super professional, attentive, caring and amazing. On the other hand, front desk person is really rude and unprofessional! The person who checked us in was awful. Please call Em to discuss.

Was able to book same day appointment within the half hour. Upon arrival the front staff member saw us and went into the back. The nurse and doctor arrived and had to let us in. He finally appeared and then instead of greeting us he went into the back for about 5 minutes giggling with the other two. He finally emerged and took the info. The nurse I don’t remember if she told us her name was positively lovely friendly and warm. The doctor was terse and unfriendly. And then had the nerve to ask if my neuropathy in my file was due to diabetes. I am overweight and guess what I don’t have diabetes. So this assumption was off putting given that I wasn’t there for neuropathy. I was there for another reason entirely. I like good bedside manner and she had literally none.
