I love Adrien (male front counter) and the other female medical assistant… it was warm welcoming and like “love at 1st sight”…. Allison Devers, Md was extremely knowledgeable and bedside manners were terrific; and she actually pointed me in the right direction I needed to go! I highly recommend you visiting this place for your medical needs.

The whole process was quick and easy, only a very short wait, and we were able to ask the doctor a bunch of questions. Definitely worth going to urgent care.

On-Line appointment reservation was super easy. Check-in was efficient. I mostly appreciated they were open during Holiday weekend.

The clinician I saw was unexpectedly argumentative and devoid of empathy. I am a registered nurse ( working in an acute hospital for 20 years) and developed painful thrush on my tongue after a Covid infection. Never happened before, though I recognized it. She disagreed and had a hostile tone, I got no help from her and she was clearly caught up in her ego. Just kept arguing, not listening.  Most unfortunate. I definitely won’t come back if I am paired with her again. Makes me not want to risk coming back at all.

We have had good experiences in the past but this last time was pretty bad.  My son was complaining of a clogged ear. The nurse looked and said his ears looked clear and maybe he had swimmers ear.  We waited over an hour AND we had an appointment and when the doctor checked him he said that he had a double ear infection and prescribed antibiotics.   He also didn’t ask about any allergies to any medications (which he has).  Luckily I took him to his paediatrician the next day and we got the diagnosis that he didn’t even have an ear infection.  I was really disappointed with the care at Carbon!

Went to urgent care for infected ingrown toenail and it was all taken care of right there! and I received antibiotics, chatted with the PA and the nurse and both were friendly, kind, intelligent, and forthcoming. So glad for the appointment time, easy, and I’ll go back when necessary in the future. Thank you!

The PA did not wash or gel her hands, I asked her to and she stated “I did”. Well as the patient if I did not see you gel then you did not. Poor infection control. BP cuff was not cleaned after it was used.
