Whenever I needed to have an appointment,  I always knew that I’d find out what might be ailing me.  All staff is very pleasant.

I still have not received  my swab/test results since the weekend. I was told it will take no more than two days for results.  Horrible! Doctor couldn’t have been nicer but the follow up with test results is terrible.  They should not be able to practice  this way.

No issues at all, and the entire staff was friendly and professional. The doctor's recommendation to seek hospital emergency room treatment was sound medical advice.

I was not seen by a Dr at all. Just a PA and the wait, even with a scheduled appt was overlong to just get an xray. Then I was told that there's no radiologist on staff to read the xray. And no pain meds were prescribed even though I told the PA I was in great pain. I was only prescribed ibuprofen which I had told the PA I was already taking and lidocaine patches, which when I got to the pharmacy I was told that I had to go into the store and get the over the counter lidocaine patches because the Dr at Carbon Health told Walgreens that she wouldn't approve the lidocaine patches after my being told that that was what I was being prescribed when I was just at The Ocean Carbon Health. 0 stars for abysmal patient care.

Scheduling was easy online. Staff was attentive and answered questions.

I hadn't been sleep all night. I had such bad Sciatic pain in my left side and foot. I went on line, and appointments were immediately available. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The patient care room, lobby, and the bathroom were all clean.

I scheduled an appointment the morning of my visit. It was easy to get the appointment. And what a delight seeing Ms. Nina. She is absolutely beautiful inside and out. And she’s smart and has the best bedside manner. I will always use this facility. Awesome place to go when you aren’t feeling well. Thanx so much.

Easy scheduling, check-in and wait time was less than 15min. Went first thing in the am. Would highly recommend!

I had sciatica flare up , two days and le. Got an appointment right away ann within 15 minutes of arrival, I was being examined by Dr Nina, very thorough with great bedside manor, precise diagnosis and possible follow-up instructions as well. I was on my way in a short time.

Booked the appointment online. They took me on time. In and out. No waiting. Staff was friendly and attentive.
