Went to another urgent care and there were 10 ahead of me. I made an appointment 15 minutes later at Carbon Health Urgent Care. They took me in immediately. Medical Assistant and Physician Assistant were great!! Thorough and caring.

Woke up on day 2 of a sore throat but 2 weeks of an inner ear ache. Im physically fit, healthy and take my health serious. I booked an appt and was seen quickly. The PA ultimately decided not to prescribe me any medications that would address my issues. I was in pain but the PA relayed that based on what she could/couldn't see could not prescribe me anything. So I went in with inner ear pressure, pain, a sore throat, and experiencing sinus issues. But was told no, can’t do anything for you. I was angry that It took me great strength to go in only to be turned away to use salt water rinse. Wasted my time as my PA really indicated that although I was hurting, she was more concerned with my gut health than the pain in my inner ear/throat (because she didnt want to prescribe a simple antibiotic). In this case, I didnt need my PA to prioritize my gut health; I needed her to address the pain I was in. Her bias ultimately led me to call another provider, who diagnosed me as having sinusitis /issues, prescribed me an antibiotic and within me taking the first dose, that inner ear pressure and pain had reduced and my sore throat was gone. By day 2, I could barely feel the pressure and sore throat was completely gone. I will not be going back to Carbone as this is my 2nd time there and the provider(s) dont seem eager to help treat symptoms based on their experience would rather tell you that they cant help than err on the side of caution and actually help.  I do not recommend Carbone and I do not recommend their providers.

I was so impressed with the entire process from the ease and availability of scheduling an appointment to the follow up with after care. The office is so clean and modern, and the staff was extremely friendly and professional. I had to have some lab work sent in and they called me in a couple days to share the results and modify the medication. I would not hesitate to go back!

They entire staff at Carbon was incredibly helpful, efficient and caring. Got me in and out quickly with terrific care. Highly recommend if you are needing an urgent care!

Went in for what turned out to be pneumonia. PA-C Sarah Garcia provided me with outstanding care. She was courteous, caring, kind and very thorough. She made a diagnosis, prescribed antibiotics and an inhaler and scheduled me for a follow up visit. I was very impressed with Sarah and the entire Carbon Health experience. The facility was extremely clean and organized, the scheduling was simple and everyone was kind and helpful.  I will definitely be returning to Carbon Health for my future healthcare needs. Thank you.

Woke up with  a 101.5 temp, body chills, and overall feeling like death. The Carbon Health Urgent Care team quickly diagnosed my illness, prescribed medication, and sent me on my way in under 40 mins, all with quality care!  I would recommend this team to anyone for their health needs!
