The staff members were great.  However, I made an appointment for 9:00am, and wasn’t even called back until 10:00 am.  Come to find out, when you schedule online it looks like there is only one appointment open for the specific time you want, when in reality there is actually 10 appointments that can all be made for that specific time. This is VERY misleading and then the one or 2 people working have to run ragid trying to see everyone and they fall way behind.  It’s not fair to the patient and not fair to the staff members.  Do better!
