The service I got at urgent care was absolutely perfect I was examined and my situation was I had to go to the emergency room wat I didn't like was that when I got to the emergency room I was told that care and information I got at urgent care was all wrong and that I should have not gone there I was shocked at wat she was telling me I'm sorry that they were not realy listening to what was wrong with me and urgent care realy took their time and patience and actually listen to what I was saying in the future I don't think I'm gona be going to this hospital that is net to urgent care and I think urgent care should not recommend anyone there to Deborah hospital they were real bad mouthing urgent care sorry but you need to know

Made a same-day appointment. Staff was professional, kind, and efficient. Saw one of the PAs, he had me diagnosed, prescriptions sent to my pharmacy and I was on my way home with a follow up appointment later in the week. Very organized, well run establishment.

The MA had the poorest bedside manner ever. Came in to take vitals of my daughter. Did not say a word just started abruptly taking the BP, O2 and temp. She entered neg results into the system without ever performing a test for flu. Doc came in and said results were neg and we informed her the MA never did the test. Told it was a mix up. The MA came back in annoyed and performed the nose swab forcefully and did not explain what was happening. The doctor and staff were very friendly and thorough. Recommend the doctor. I would not return with the same MA.

My husband and I woke up with sore throats and coughing. It was New Year's Eve and we wanted to go to church, but didn't want to infect put friends and family. I was able to easily and quickly schedule appoints for both of us. We were seen, tested for Covid, flu and RSV, all negative. We were able to go out, with masks and OTC meds All is well. I would definitely recommend this provider.
