2 hour wait with appointment, sick receptionist that shouldn't have been at work.

I had a bladder infection and was able to get a same day appointment. It was a good visit. The only complaint is the wait was too long. It took 1 1/2 hours to be seen with an appointment

I visited Carbon Health Urgent Care today and had a very disappointing experience. I was seen by Manny, the physician assistant, who displayed a very poor bedside manner. I came in complaining of symptoms of a sinus infection, but he failed to perform even a basic examination. He didn’t check my ears, nose, or throat, which is standard for such symptoms. I expected far better care than what I received today. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this facility to anyone. The lack of thoroughness and care was truly concerning.

Was able to book an appt within 2hrs. Scheduling online was very easy. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

I am from out of town and was pleasantly surprised by the ease of making an appointment and being seen within fifteen minutes of arrival. The medical assistant was so kind and even took my blood and did a wonderful job. The office was so clean I think you could have eaten off the floors. A very positive experience.

I love this facility! Always great service and timely.

I found the lobby extremely cold, stark, and uninviting. A sick person visiting might very well be affected by this coldness. How about some pictures, magazines, plants? Checking in was easy, wait time just 15 minutes (I had an appointment), the initial check in by a not very friendly nurse was OK but then I waited 30 minutes in a windowless, bare room until I was attended. I had an appointment and there was no one waiting in the lobby. However, the two nurses who attended me and took care of the issue for which I came in was very friendly and helpful. That friendliness and professionalism made up for a lot but I hope never to wait in that lobby again or the stark treatment room

My scalp was itching and weeping. I got online and made an appointment that morning and they took me in at 1:00 the same day. The medication worked in a day. Thank you so much. To the P.A . And the rest of the staff.

The nurse was great.  PA was pretty rude.  Carmichael PA is much friendlier and explains things better.
