I had a great experience at Carbon Health. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to my concerns. The check-in process was quick, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. I really appreciated how they took the time to listen and answer my questions. Overall, a seamless and positive experience!

My throat and head were feeling clogged and the nurse practioner decided it was allergy and not an infection. I focused on saline rinses and sudafed and felt better in a few day. Office is fast, friendly and I was able to do this on my lunch hour! I will be utilizing them more in the future rather than wait for a doctor appt with my primary who seems to want me tfo come in all the time for more copays and billing for them.

I felt like the clinic was understaffed. The conversation with NP was very rushed and I didn't recieve post treatment notes. I got helped though and everybody were nice. Ok overall.

We got off to a slow start but all went well in the end. I was told my x-ray results would be available in three to five hours on Wednesday. After many phone calls with many different people, we finally succeeded.

Overall great service & care providers. Though shocked & dismayed & disappointment immensely that Blue Cross is not accepted & is out of network. Wow! Unbelievable that Blue Cross such a major insurer is not accepted.

Staff is super friendly. If you have an issue with being examined, having blood drawn, needles, etc., they will make sure you are comfortable. They were so kind and I left feeling a-ok!
