Woke up with ear ache, looked up urgent care in my area.  Chose this location due to convenience.  Downloaded to app to make the appointment which was very fast and easy.  Upon arrival check in was fast and friendly.  Total time in office was maybe 20min

After visiting Carbon about 10 days ago for an ear canal that was clogged with wax, my symptoms returned (ear pain, moist discharge from the ear canal.) So, unable to get an appointment with my PCP, I scheduled an appointment at Carbon. This time a different doctor saw me. As soon as she entered the room and asked me what was going on and learned that I had been using carbon oxide drops to try and re-clear my ear, she berated me and told me that I should not do that. She berated me over and over, like I was a stupid person, which put me off guard and had the effect of shutting me up. Then she looked in my ears and pronounced me to be healthy… nothing wrong. It felt like she wanted to be done with me. I told her that I had pain in my ear (to which she interrupted “take Advil”) and that every morning I woke up with a moist and slightly not nice smelling moist discharge coming from my ear. I asked if this is something that could be solved with antibiotics or steroids. She said she could give me prednisone “if I wanted” as if I would be the one to make the prescribing decision. Then I told her about the discharge and she said that she could give me some antibiotic drops, and that I should take Guifenesen. The doctor made very little effort to understand my issue and symptoms, and she had a pretty awful bedside manner. I would not want to see this doctor again. I left having zero sense of resolution, and zero confidence in the treatment plan she gave me. I guess I will try to see my PCP or go to an ENT. This was an awful waste of time and money. She prescribed antibiotic ear drops, and did not prescribe the prednisone.

Had to get a doctors note for work due to missing work from Covid. They were able to help me as soon as possible and give me a doctors note as well.

Not efficient if waiting  for results up to 48 hours, rapid tests available with much faster response. My husband went to different urgent care clinic and viral panel results were immediately available, received meds and feel satisfied with care.

the front desk staff seemed like she did not want to be there. the person who saw me regarding my issue did not seem to take my concern seriously and explained to me the difference between benadryl and antihistamine and was going to discharge me without a solution.

The staff Deanndra and Alba were welcoming and provided very supportive care. The environment was attentively clean. Dr Ami Narayan was extremely wonderful and professionally listened to my mom’s needs and questions. Involved her in the care and decision for thrush diagnosis. The convenience of your location was very helpful too thank you for a wonderful experience!

Always a blessing being served by the kind crew at Carbon Health.  They are efficient, kind, gentle and  I was in and out for my blood draw, I appreciate that greatly.

The clinician didn’t ask ANY questions to help assess my situation, she just jumped immediately to her guess which made me feel not very confident. I later saw a different provider who actually asked about my history of symptoms, activities, etc

I had a recurrence of strep throat and needed to come back for different medication. I made my appointment easily online and check in was a breeze when I arrived. The doctor and all the staff are very caring and professional and listened to what I had to say and all my concerns.

Genuinely caring
