Cindy (NP) was amazing as usual! We always go to this location because of her. She’s thorough, provides high-quality patient care, and has great bedside manner. Carbon Health is truly lucky to have her. The other staff were nice as well.

I was able to schedule but had to wait an hour in the office. The staff was apologetic for the wait time. The visit went well . Eric was knowledgeable efficient. I was visiting from the east coast . The nearest Walgreens was the recommended pharmacy. Unfortunately the wait time there was over 2 hours and there customer service was deplorable.

The online scheduling process was fast and easy. Staff was friendly and flexible. The clinician listened well, asked good questions, did a thorough exam, ordered appropriate tests,  made good clinical judgements, and was very supportive and helpful. This included her writing a note regarding her recommendation that my husband also be seen in ER that he could take to the ER visit and a letter for the ticket protection agency about why we were unfortunately unable to utilize the tickets we had purchased to attend a theater production the following day. I would definitely recommend this provider

Woke up with Covid symptoms was able to book an appt within the hour. Everyone was so friendly and professional. It was great! I would definately recommend Carbon Health.

This clinic gives amazing patient care. It was easy to schedule my appointment, I got in at my actual appointment time, and the staff were all extremely nice. They clearly have a great culture there!

Great customer service. Was really easy! Only took 10 minutes!

-Staff was Welcoming at check in. -Staff took all insurance info to use in billing for visit and tests.  -Staff estimated and informed us of probable wait time due to emergency care needed for previous patient.  -Medical assistant prepped patient efficiently and comprehensively., taking vitals, history and illness complaint and dos  screening test for strep / sore throat. -Staff wearing masks to prevent spread of infections.  -Very clean and well lighted, efficient and attractively organized office -Nurse practitioner carefully took patient history listening attentively while making notes on laptop. -Nurse practitioner gave detailed instructions and information and answered all questions from patient and accompanying family care giver regarding diagnosis and treatment -prescribed medications were faxed/transmitted to requested pharmacy during visit.  -Provider was extremely caring, friendly and focused on patient throughout visit during examination and assessment of patient

Good visit, but…they called in my prescription to a pharmacy that was CLOSED. I went to urgent care and could not fill the rx until the next day. That doesn’t make sense. I’m not familiar with the area and didn’t ask if the pharmacy would be open. It was literally across the street so it seems like the staff would know their hours and that they were closed BEFORE I even had my appt.

This was probably best urgent care I have ever been to.
