My second visit to see Avo for a reoccurring infection.  The staff has been very nice, friendly and helpful.  Avo makes you feel like you’re his only patient. Very caring and takes his time explaining your situation and answering all your questions.  Super nice guy!

Happy with my visit but was told it would be $160 because you didn’t take my insurance only to be told seconds later that the price went up for the new year to $215. It would have been nice if washy she told me in the first place was honored. Hefty price yo pay but not much I can do when I’m sick and can’t sit in an urgent care farther away gif hours. Other than that it was a good experience…wish you’d take my insurance.

We have used the Temecula Carbon Health clinic many times with good results but this appointment was not pleasant. Was able to book an appointment quickly with no issue. The appointment was set at 9 am when the clinic opened. The receptionist was present at 9am but the provider was not there so we were not allowed in until the provider showed up. The provider was late. We were taking back to a room as the first patient but we were not seen until at least 15 to 20 minutes after we were in the room. The assistant did her normal thing in taking vital and noting the symptoms. The provider directing the assistant to conduct a flu test and then came back later with an EKG machine without even seeing his patient. I refused the EKG until the actual provider conducted an initial exam and explanation of a diagnosis plan. The provider (his) bed side manner was awful. He attempted to use over the top diagnosis of possible causes (sepsis and mers) in order to justify an EKG. He also wanted to apply an IV without evaluating his patients hydration levels. Definitely felt like he was just adding test to increase the billable amount to the insurance company. Your provider definitely did not provide a comforting or a confident experience at your clinic. The visit was almost 2 hours long with a diagnosis of a cold but it was definitely mers or sepsis. I DO NOT recommend this clinic anymore. I am going to use a different clinic.

Overall good service. However, I am a little concerned as a diabetic that the PA didn’t ask about what medicines I currently take & instead starting prescribing me things.  I would have felt better if he inquired about what I’m currently on to make sure there would be no issues.
